NYC Small Business Services’s Commercial Lease Assistance Program at Brooklyn Legal Services Corp. A (“Brooklyn A”) will offer a training for small business owners on the basics of commercial real estate rentals in New York City. It will focus on subjects where business owners may make mistakes or fail to see the importance of certain commercial real estate concepts, including:

- Understanding Commencement Date vs. Rent Commencement Date
- Personal Guarantees and Good Guy Guarantees
